01 / About These Terms
About These Terms
These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of https://mirrorandmetric.com and its public pages, resources and downloadable materials (the “Website”).
The Website is operated by Mirror & Metric, a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India (“Mirror & Metric”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using the Website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Website.
02 / Purpose of the Website
Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about Mirror & Metric, our digital marketing consultancy services, our approach, indicative service structures and pricing, and ways to contact us.
Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.
Nothing on the Website creates a client relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture or other professional engagement between you and Mirror & Metric.
03 / Enquiries, Proposals and Client Engagements
Enquiries, Proposals and Client Engagements
Submitting an enquiry, contacting us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, downloading a public resource, or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a binding client engagement.
A client engagement begins only when the applicable commercial terms have been agreed through the relevant proposal, Master Services Terms, Statement of Work, written approval or other contracting method expressly accepted by Mirror & Metric.
Where Master Services Terms, an SOW, proposal, change order or other signed or expressly approved client agreement conflicts with these Website Terms in relation to paid Services, the client agreement governs that engagement.
04 / Service Information, Pricing and Availability
Service Information, Pricing and Availability
We aim to keep service descriptions and published pricing accurate and current. However, services, inclusions, timelines, eligibility requirements and pricing may be updated from time to time.
Published pricing does not by itself constitute an offer that Mirror & Metric is required to accept. Final scope, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, fees and taxes, where applicable, are confirmed through the relevant client agreement.
A service may depend on client-provided access, approvals, materials, systems, budgets and third-party platforms. Availability may therefore vary by project.
05 / Marketing Results and No Guarantee
Marketing Results and No Guarantee
Mirror & Metric applies reasonable professional care and uses evidence-led analysis, recommendations and execution. Marketing outcomes nevertheless depend on many factors outside our control, including pricing, offer quality, sales processes, competition, market conditions, customer behaviour, reviews, budget, tracking quality, website performance and third-party platform decisions.
Unless expressly agreed in a signed client agreement, we do not guarantee any specific ranking, reach, impressions, engagement, traffic, leads, enquiries, bookings, conversions, sales, revenue, profit, review volume, market share or growth.
Forecasts, benchmarks, examples, recommendations and projections on the Website are informational and planning tools rather than warranties of a commercial outcome.
06 / Proof of Approach, Samples and Illustrative Material
Proof of Approach, Samples and Illustrative Material
The Website may include public Proof of Approach materials, specimen work, independent samples, illustrative scenarios or similar resources to demonstrate how Mirror & Metric may think about a business problem or structure an engagement.
Unless a resource expressly states otherwise, such material should not be interpreted as a representation that the named or depicted business is a current or former client, that the work was commissioned by that business, or that the illustrated outcome was achieved in a live engagement.
Any performance figures, examples or scenarios identified as illustrative, hypothetical, specimen or independent work should be understood in that context.
07 / Client Work, Portfolio & Case Studies
Client Work, Portfolio & Case Studies
Mirror & Metric will not publish or use identifiable client work, a client’s name or logo, testimonials, results, screenshots, case-study material or other project content for portfolio, case-study, specimen/example or promotional purposes without prior written consent from an authorised client representative. Where consent is granted, use will be limited to the material, channels and conditions approved in that written consent. Verbal permission alone will not be relied upon for publication.
08 / Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, design, brand elements, text, graphics, frameworks, layouts, downloadable materials and other materials created by or for Mirror & Metric are owned by Mirror & Metric or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the Website for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, scrape, systematically extract, create competing templates from, or commercially exploit substantial Website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, platform names, screenshots and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
09 / Acceptable Use
Acceptable Use
You must not use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, interfere with or compromise the Website, its hosting, forms, analytics, security or other users.
You must not attempt unauthorised access to non-public areas, accounts, systems or data; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person or entity; submit deliberately false or unlawful material; or use automated means to abuse forms or security controls.
Reasonable indexing by legitimate search engines and ordinary browser access are not restricted by this clause.
10 / Third-Party Platforms and Links
Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Website may link to or interact with third-party services such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, email providers, analytics services, hosting services, social networks and other platforms.
Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices, availability and technical decisions. Mirror & Metric is not responsible for a third party’s independent content, policies, outages, security incidents, feature changes or decisions.
A link to a third-party site or service does not by itself amount to an endorsement, warranty or partnership.
11 / Privacy, Cookies and Analytics

The Website uses essential functionality and may use analytics technologies in accordance with the consent choices made available through the Website. Where analytics consent is required, the relevant analytics will operate in accordance with those consent settings.

Website Availability and Security
We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, free from all harmful components, or compatible with every browser, device or third-party service.
We may update, suspend, restrict or withdraw all or part of the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, service changes or other operational reasons.
You are responsible for using reasonable security precautions when accessing websites, downloading files or communicating online.
13 / Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mirror & Metric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public Website or general Website content.
We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by a visitor, unauthorised third-party changes, third-party platform events outside our reasonable control, or decisions made solely in reliance on general Website information without obtaining appropriate professional or project-specific advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
14 / Your Responsibility for Decisions
Your Responsibility for Decisions
You remain responsible for your own business, commercial and regulatory decisions. Before acting on material business decisions, you should consider your own circumstances, verify relevant information and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.
Where you become a client, the responsibilities of both parties will be governed by the applicable client agreement rather than this general Website clause.
15 / Changes to the Website and These Terms
Changes to the Website and These Terms
Mirror & Metric may update the Website or these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, legal requirements or the way the Website operates.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after publication of updated Terms will be subject to the updated version to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16 / Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
